The youngsters living in one of Tbilisi’s apartment blocks with huge courtyard is about to finish school. Shalva and Dato start working in the factory, Tsitsino continues her studies in the institute and Vaja, who’s in love with Tsitsino, prefers a loafer’s life. He tries to win her heart but she is in love with Dato. After Vaja’s father dies he cuts short his life of an idler and starts working in the factory too. Meanwhile, new generation takes the courtyard where they used to play when they were kids.
