A European doctor, who practices in one of the British colonies, receives a high-class patient who needs to terminate her pregnancy. The doctor promises the woman to help her on the condition that she sleeps with him. The insulted woman makes an attempt to get rid of the fetus by herself. The repentant doctor promises the dying woman to keep her secret. The woman’s husband decides to send her cadaver to Europe for the autopsy. The doctor pushes the coffin from the deck of the ship and drowns himself together with the coffin.
